I chose milestone for my Erasmus stay and I wouldn't choose differently. It is in a very convenient location - 5 minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof and from there you can catch any tram you need. There is also Hofer and also the Spar at Hauptbahnhof which is opened also on Sunday! The rooms were very nice and I had my own space. The support from the reception was helpful anytime you needed some help. Also when you had any issues with maintenance the were very helpful and responsive. Also the gym was very nice benefit! And if you visited the porch you had a beautiful view at the Schlossberg. The only disadvantage was that there is no air conditioning, which was quite unpleasant especially in the hot summer. But other from that it was really a good choice.

I stayed in Milestone for almost half year and had a wonderful time. The space was comfortable and clean and the staff were lovely. Although the prices may be higher than other places it is worth the money. I feel that there was a wonderful community in milestone and great support from the staff. I thank the team, especially Sofia, Polina and Paul Stefan and the rest of the team for their patience, guidance and assistance. Thank you to milestone for being a second home for me.

Highly recommended! An excellent student residence in Graz. I had a wonderful experience living here. It is a clean, modern student dormitory located just a short walk from the train station. Here are a few reasons why I highly recommend this place: 1. Perfect Location: Being so close to the train station makes commuting super easy. You can get to universities and the city center without any trouble. Also, having the station's Spar open on Sundays and public holidays was incredibly convenient. 2. Clean & Practical Rooms: The studio apartment is very clean and has plenty of storage space for living alone. Whenever something needed to be fixed or replaced, the maintenance team took care of it very quickly. 3. Great Amenities: The facilities are excellent, including a laundry room, study rooms, music practice rooms, and a gym. 4. Well-Managed: Even though it's a large building where many people live, it is exceptionally well-maintained. I enjoyed a comfortable stay with absolutely no complaints. Most of all, the staff at the front desk , she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. If you are a student looking for a place to stay in Graz, I genuinely recommend this dormitory!🍀

Great student accommodation with amazing facilities! I’ve been living at MILESTONE Graz Lend for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience. Having your own private studio with a bathroom and kitchenette is a huge game-changer compared to traditional dorms.

Highly recommended! A beautiful space with everything you need. The staff were especially helpful, which isn't always the case. Whether it was moving in or out, or if there were any problems or something broke, they were always quick to respond and eager to find a solution.

The residence is always clean, the rooms are modern, comfortable, and have everything you need. I especially like the common area, it’s a great place to study, relax, spend time with friends or to meet new people! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and I would say the whole building is very well maintained.

It's a very comfortable place to live as a student. The facilities are great, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere among the students is very friendly. Also, Sofia was a sweetheart from day one. She was always willing to help, answered any questions with a smile, and made everything so much easier. Thank you so much for everything!

Nicole and the team are fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. Especially if you can't find a "regular" apartment right away, I think Milestone is a really good solution for a stay of ~6-12 months. (As of 2023-24)
