Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit

A 1-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.

    Yes. Tribera Warsaw is on track to welcome residents from October 2026.

     

    We know moving to a new city is a big moment, which is why we’re working closely with our development partners to make sure everything is ready for your arrival. Based on the progress made so far, we’re confident in the current timeline. This will be our fifth student residence in Poland, so we have plenty of experience bringing new buildings to life.

     

    If anything were to change, we’d keep you informed every step of the way and make sure you have accommodation arranged, so you can focus on starting your next chapter with confidence.

     

    Our goal is simple: to make your move-in experience as smooth, exciting and stress-free as possible.

  • What is included in the rent at Tribera Warsaw? +

    At Tribera Warsaw, your rent covers way more than just four walls. All bills are included, so no surprise costs sneaking up on you halfway through the month. You’ll also get 24/7 gym access, study spaces, movie room, party room, rooftop terrace, shared social kitchens, games room, app-powered laundry, plus bike and car parking.

    And yes, there’s always something going on. Fitness classes, summer parties, career workshops, random social events you accidentally stay at till 2am… it’s all part of the deal.

  • What documents are required to book a room? +

    Passport or ID, plus your acceptance letter.
    Simple, quick, and you’re good to go.

  • My student visa has been refused. What happens to my booking? +

    We know visa applications don’t always go to plan. If your student visa is refused, you can cancel your before September 1st 2026 and receive a full refund.

     

    Simply send us official documentation confirming the visa refusal, such as a formal rejection letter from the relevant authority, and our team will take care of the rest.
