I lived in Milestone Erdberg from October 2024 to September 2025 and then moved to another dorm. Location: 3/5: Although the neighbourhood is quite nice and you have all grocery stores within a 5-minute walking distance, public transportation accessibility is not great, and you have to walk at least 6–7 minutes every time you leave Milestone to reach your destination. There were always construction sites nearby during my stay, and there will likely be in the future as well. Rooms: 5/5: What you can expect from the rooms of a newly built building. Excellent interior design and everything you need in a compact room. Large bed and a good amount of space for kitchen stuff. Service: 3/5: There were internet and hot water issues, especially internet issues, which occurred more than occasionally. Office hours were too short, and the number of items you could borrow was very limited (vacuum cleaners, etc.). Common Areas: 4/5: The lobby, study rooms, and party room were beautifully designed. There was a nice music room that you could access whenever you wanted. The gym had the essential machines but was far from a professional gym. Lived here for about 1 year and a half - Issues happen, like everywhere, but they take care of them in a timely manner. Shout out to Miloje, the maintenance gentleman who is available for any issues - Also thanks to the reception ladies for their prompt support. I've visited Vienna 3 times and Milestone Erdberg is by far the best place to stay. 1:) The place is brand new & super clean. i was the first person in my apartment. 2:) world-class staff & customer service. 3:) Very quick Access to the city center. Everything about this Milestone is wonderful! The interior of rooms is modern and stylish, there are a lot of common areas - lobby, party room, studying rooms, music room and gym! Both music room and gym have really good equipment- all the machines in the gym are Technogym - so basically top of the top!! All common areas are beautiful and clean, there is also free coffee at the reception, and the managers are nice and helpful. Milestone organizes events for residents every month, so it’s basically very easy to socialize and find friends here - no way one could feel lonely. The location is also really good - 3rd Bezirk - almost the city center. Near the Milestone there are all the Shops - Billa, Billa plus, Hofer, Penny, Lidl, Spar, DM and Bipa. Great place, a lot of beatiful common spaces, nice gym, music room and extraordinary party room. Apartments are equipped with all that you need and the ones with balcony are cool. Staff is very friendly and professional.  Reccomend that builiding 🫶
