Monthly Payments

Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best — it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract

Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit

A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 60 days) — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities

Utilities are included in the fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi—keeping things simple and stress-free.
Extending Your Booking

Our contracts are fixed-term, but if you’d like to extend your stay, reach out to our team—we’ll be happy to help, subject to availability.
Checking in and out

Check-in is easy—just stop by reception during business hours, and our team will be there to welcome you. For check-out, we’ll schedule a meeting with you—just ensure your room is empty, clean, and ready for inspection.

    Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.

I have had a really good experience staying at BaseStack by Tribera Copenhagen. The location is perfect, close to the metro and with easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment is modern and practical with both a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are also many good communal facilities, including a fitness centre, study areas and communal kitchens. The reception and maintenance staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Social activities are also arranged, which makes it easy to meet other residents and feel part of the community. BaseStack is very well situated and close to city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was nice. However, if you excpect a very social student atmosphere you might be at the wrong place. There are a few organised events, where you can meet people and chat. I had a great experience staying at BaseStack by tribera Copenhagen. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city. One of the highlights is the amazing common areas. The building offers great facilities, including a gym, study spaces, a cinema room, and commun kitchens, making it easy to balance work, study, and social life. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the people are friendly and respectful. What really makes it special is the effort they put into creating a strong community. They organize social activities every week, giving residents plenty of opportunities to meet new people, make friends, and feel at home. I stayed in this residence from August to May and had a really great experience overall. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths: it is extremely well situated, with the metro, supermarkets, doctors, and major tourist attractions all very close by. It makes everyday life in Copenhagen very convenient and enjoyable. There are also a lot of events organized to meet new people ! The staff is also very attentive, responsive, and efficient whenever help is needed. Everything in the residence works in a simple and smooth way, which made my stay stress-free and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay here. The location is good and near central, but at the same time only 20 minutes from the airport. The staff are helpful and there are several amenities in the building. There are many supermarkets near by, all within a 3 minutes walk. The price is higher compared to others, but you are paying for quality. A great option for a longer stay in Copenhagen, especially if you’re planning to be there for a couple of months, since the apartments come fully furnished. The neighborhood is pleasant, and it’s conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. In my experience, the staff have been consistently responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up, and I didn’t encounter any problems getting my deposit back.
