Monthly Payments

Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best – it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract

Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit

A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 30 days), as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities

Utilities are included in your rent, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi—keeping things simple and stress-free.
Notice Period

We require a minimum of three months’ notice if you plan to leave your apartment. This gives us enough time to coordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
Checking in and out

Check-in is set up in advance and the team will be there to welcome you. For check-out, you just need to book your slot before your contract ends and make sure your room is cleared and in good condition.

I lived in Milestone Erdberg from October 2024 to September 2025 and then moved to another dorm. Location: 3/5: Although the neighbourhood is quite nice and you have all grocery stores within a 5-minute walking distance, public transportation accessibility is not great, and you have to walk at least 6–7 minutes every time you leave Milestone to reach your destination. There were always construction sites nearby during my stay, and there will likely be in the future as well. Rooms: 5/5: What you can expect from the rooms of a newly built building. Excellent interior design and everything you need in a compact room. Large bed and a good amount of space for kitchen stuff. Service: 3/5: There were internet and hot water issues, especially internet issues, which occurred more than occasionally. Office hours were too short, and the number of items you could borrow was very limited (vacuum cleaners, etc.). Common Areas: 4/5: The lobby, study rooms, and party room were beautifully designed. There was a nice music room that you could access whenever you wanted. The gym had the essential machines but was far from a professional gym. Everything about this Milestone is wonderful! The interior of rooms is modern and stylish, there are a lot of common areas - lobby, party room, studying rooms, music room and gym! Both music room and gym have really good equipment- all the machines in the gym are Technogym - so basically top of the top!! All common areas are beautiful and clean, there is also free coffee at the reception, and the managers are nice and helpful. Milestone organizes events for residents every month, so it’s basically very easy to socialize and find friends here - no way one could feel lonely. The location is also really good - 3rd Bezirk - almost the city center. Near the Milestone there are all the Shops - Billa, Billa plus, Hofer, Penny, Lidl, Spar, DM and Bipa.
