Pros: The location is very convenient, especially during the winter semester. The university is within reasonable distance, which makes daily commuting easy. The gym is quite good (although it could use one more treadmill). The rooftop terrace is a great space to relax, and there are also nice study areas available. The lobby was generally clean and well maintained. The entertainment room is a nice plus — having a PlayStation 5 available is definitely a highlight. The staff, in general, are friendly and willing to help with questions or concerns. Cons: There are very few washing machines — only two, and both are small capacity, which can be inconvenient. Dryers are free, though, which is a positive. Supposedly the hallways are cleaned once a week, but I never saw that happen, and I noticed dust and dirt accumulating over time. You should also be prepared for the possibility of losing part of your deposit, as others have mentioned. You cannot leave anything at all when you move out — absolutely nothing. The monthly room cleaning was quite poor and felt rushed; unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not seem motivated at all during those visits. Overall: It’s a decent residence in terms of facilities and location, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and cleaning standards. I had an excellent experience at Milestone in Leoben. The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained. I lived in Milestone for over a semester and it was one of the coolest experiences I've had. I really recommend this dorm because the manager is very efficient, communicative and solves issues fast. The facilities are amazing 😍 the rooftop has a privileged view over Leoben both in summer and winter times. Additionally, it is everything included gym, party room, study room, etc. I would recommend to go for the shared apartments since in my opinion the individual private ones are small, the bed is very small in these ones. The shared apartments have much more space within the kitchen, bathroom and beds are bigger. Though space is small but we'll designed and has everything you need. If it's not a big deal to share apartment, this would be my go to. Also, it is one of the closest dorms to the university, student center and main buildings: that's important!

If you are going to do exchange in Leoben Milestone is the best place you can imagine. For the same price they are offering the best options. Mr. Gerd and assistants are so kind and you will get help whenever you want. We visited beer museum, had pizza night, barbeque in the roof and more absolutely free provided by Milestone. Top-notch service! The Resident Manager and the team at Milestone Leoben Montan are always very helpful and respectful. Any problems that arose were always resolved quickly!
