Since the day we arrived, he has handled every issue we’ve faced with great speed. ​The rooms are generally clean and trouble-free, but of course, small things can pop up from time to time. Whenever they do, Mauro takes a personal interest and does his best to help. He truly knows what he’s doing. It’s impressive how well he manages everything, especially considering he’s the one person taking care of so many apartments. ​If there’s an urgent problem, he shows up even on a weekend morning to fix it. On top of that, he occasionally treats us to things like sausages and cookies. Thanks to him, we all feel much more at home here.
