    Yes, subject to availability. We offer selected residents the flexibility of a 12-month contract with the option to end their stay after six months, provided the required notice period is given.

Stayed here (Block B) for 5 months Apr-August 2025. Booking and contract signing was completely online. This was very convenient for a foreign person. I have lived in Milestone for almost 3 years and I had an amazing stay. There were ups and downs but I would recommend Milestone for when you’re starting your life in Germany. The resident manager Mauro was very helpful about everything, he was very solution oriented.
