Fully furnished and ready to move in, it features a 140cm bed, desk and chair, and smart storage space to keep things organised. Your own private bathroom and fully equipped mini kitchen with a fridge, sink, 2-hob induction cooktop, hood, and smart oven/microwave, makes everything from quick breakfasts to late-night meals effortless. Add in air conditioning, a TV, USB charging points, a sofa, and your own terrace, and you’ve got a space that works around you.
And the best part? Life beyond your studio is just as good. Unwind in the lounge, dive into the gaming zone, or keep active in the gym. When it’s time to focus, choose between study spaces, coworking areas, or silent study rooms. Get hands-on in the workshop, cook and connect in the shared kitchen, or switch off in the cinema and karaoke room. Plus, with on-site laundry, everything you need is right where you are.

The Practicalities
We’re here to make the admin side of booking your student accommodation as smooth as your living experience.
Monthly Payments
Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best — it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in your flat-rate service costs. There’s just one extra step: a yearly heating and water settlement — totally standard in Germany, and we’ll guide you through it.
Extending your stay
Our contracts are fixed-term, but if you’d like to extend your stay, reach out to our team—we’ll be happy to help.
Checking in and out
Check-in is arranged in advance, and our team will be there to welcome you when you arrive. If you’re arriving outside office hours, we’ll organise a self check-in for you.
