I’ve been living here for about seven months and it has been a great experience. The rooms are well-furnished and generally problem-free. I personally haven't had any significant issues with my room, aside from one accidental mishap on my end, and the resident manager, Mauro Strauch, was incredibly helpful in resolving it. He kept me updated throughout the process, provided clear advice on the next steps, and was very willing to help. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the common areas are good for relaxing or for some light studying. For a hassle-free and comfortable stay, it's definitely worth the price.

I'm really very happy with my stay at the MILESTONE Aachen West new building. The building is super modern and the apartments are top-notch – everything is clean, high-quality, and thoughtfully furnished. You can move in immediately without having to worry about furniture or amenities, which makes getting started incredibly easy. I especially like the communal areas like the study room, the gym, and the lounges. It's easy to meet new people here and you don't feel anonymous like in many other student residences. The location is also ideal, especially for students of RWTH Aachen University. Everything important is easily accessible, including the campus, shops, and public transport. The on-site team is also friendly and helpful and responds quickly to any requests. Overall, I can absolutely recommend the MILESTONE Aachen West new building – perfect for anyone who wants comfortable, modern, and hassle-free living!

Great place to stay as a student. The atmosphere is perfect for focusing on studies while still feeling like home. The resident manager, Mauro Strauch is incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to assist me even outside of office hours, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find management that cares this much about the residents' well-being. Highly recommended for any student looking for a supportive environment.

I’ve been living here for about 4,5 months now and I’m really satisfied with Milestone. A huge part of this satisfaction is definitely thanks to our Resident Manager, Mauro Strauch. Since the day we arrived, he has handled every issue we’ve faced with great speed. The rooms are generally clean and trouble-free, but of course, small things can pop up from time to time. Whenever they do, Mauro takes a personal interest and does his best to help. He truly knows what he’s doing. It’s impressive how well he manages everything, especially considering he’s the one person taking care of so many apartments. If there’s an urgent problem, he shows up even on a weekend morning to fix it. On top of that, he occasionally treats us to things like sausages and cookies. Thanks to him, we all feel much more at home here. I’d recommend this place to everyone; it might be a bit expensive, but it’s honestly one of the best residences I’ve seen around.

I’ve been living here since the beginning of October as I started my first semester of university, and I plan on staying until graduation. I've had a very pleasant experience so far. The environment is pretty nice and there are a lot of other students here so there's a nice social environment. The rooms are well furnished and equipped, and there's regular maintenance. Our resident manager Mauro is also quite amicable and willing to help if there are issues, aside from being accommodating to guests (he was very nice to my mom when she came over for the holidays). I'd also say that our privacy is well respected, so this has been a positive experience for me so far

Stayed here (Block B) for 5 months Apr-August 2025. Booking and contract signing was completely online. This was very convenient for a foreign person. Some issues with them not receiving my emails initially (so try using various emails) but when emails where received it was ok. Good environment. Mauro the manager was helpful.

I have lived in Milestone for almost 3 years and I had an amazing stay. There were ups and downs but I would recommend Milestone for when you’re starting your life in Germany. The resident manager Mauro was very helpful about everything, he was very solution oriented.
