Monthly Payments

Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 1-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in your rent, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi—keeping things simple and stress-free.
Extending Your Booking

Yes, we offer accessibility studios and apartments designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility or other accessibility requirements. Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss any specific needs you may have.
Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
Whether you’re a new resident booking with a friend, you’ll receive a reward based on the length of your own contract. Or, if you’re an existing resident referring someone new, you’ll both receive a reward based on the length of their contract.
Once the booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with a link to the referral form. Simply complete it with both of your details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
