Tribera Opens the Doors to Three New Locations This September

September 2026 marks an exciting new chapter for Tribera as we expand our European portfolio with the opening of three brand-new student residences in Warsaw, Aachen and Milan.

Designed for modern student living, each new residence reflects what students are increasingly looking for: high-quality private student accommodation that combines independence with a genuine sense of community.

The addition of these three new locations means that Tribera now has 20 locations across Europe, enabling more students to enjoy accommodation that goes beyond simply providing a place to live.

Opening on the 1st October, Tribera’s newest student accommodation in Warsaw is located in Mokotów – one of Poland’s most well-connected and popular districts for students and young professionals.

Situated close to the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Lazarski University and excellent public transport links, its location makes it easy to travel across the city while remaining close to campus. 

Students can choose between Big and Bold studios or spacious shared studio apartments. Starting from €529 per month, accommodation options come fully furnished and include all bills. 

Beyond each apartment, students have access to a wide range of premium amenities, including a stunning rooftop terrace, cinema room, games room, communal kitchens and comfortable social lounges.
