Deposit

Notice Period

Check-in starts on day one of your contract. Pick up your key at reception during opening hours, or email us to arrange key-keeper access outside office hours. For check-out, book a room inspection and key handover.

Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
