The location is perfect, close to the metro and with easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment is modern and practical with both a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are also many good communal facilities, including a fitness centre, study areas and communal kitchens. The reception and maintenance staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Social activities are also arranged, which makes it easy to meet other residents and feel part of the community. All in all, a comfortable, social and really good place to live, which I can highly recommend.

The location is especially convenient if you work or study around Amagerbro. The apartment was clean, and the facilities are modern and well designed. The laundry room is very convenient, as is the equipment rental system, especially for cleaning supplies, which makes everyday life much easier. Overall the experience was nice. However, if you excpect a very social student atmosphere you might be at the wrong place. There are a few organised events, where you can meet people and chat. Location is perfect, right by the metro. Reception and maintenance staff were always welcoming and helpful with any requests although common areas could use cleaning more often. The staff are helpful and there are several amenities in the building. There are many supermarkets near by, all within a 3 minutes walk. The price is higher compared to others, but you are paying for quality. There are some quirks here and there, but that goes with any apartment you rent.
