The booking process (incl. payment of deposit) went smoothly. I did have a hiccup with the contract signing online but Niğmet was fully transparent with me about the situation, so there was minimal stress there. After my arrival, Mauro was also helpful with my Einzugsbestätigung. It's a new building so as the first batch of people are moving in, there is still some work going on in the building but it's not a hindrance. The newer technology with electronic key (physical and on phone) is very convenient and a plus. (Also only ~4 min to Hauptbahnhof, ~10 min to supermarkets and city centre.)

On the first floor, there are some nice community spaces including the gym, table tennis space, study room, etc. The 24/7 gym has the basic machines: rowing, running, weight-lifting, pec deck, leg extension.

The room itself is clean and well planned for spaciousness. The soft-close feature on the drawers was not expected but very well appreciated. The ceiling was not fully painted (shoes marks) but again, these are minor details that do not affect my life. The sink in the bathroom is quite a decent size in a rectangular shape. The window sound insulation is wonderful, can't hear heavy rain or trains outside.

For the price you have either a room with a big shared kitchen and bathroom, or a small private 20 sqm studio, which is well-equipped. Any small repairs I signaled were adressed within 1-2 days if urgent, and 1 week if it could wait.
