Our experience at BaseStack by Tribera Copenhagen Bryggen in Copenhagen was truly exceptional. What began as a six-month stay for our son, turned into a beautiful experience that we will always cherish.

A very special thank you to Miss Fleur Gomes who took care of us from the very beginning of the booking process right through to our final handover. From the moment we connected with her, she was incredibly welcoming, prompt, efficient and thoughtful. She immediately understood our needs, showed us the available room options and reserved our preferred room. The payment and booking process was seamless, and upon arrival, she welcomed us and personally showed us the room to ensure everything was in perfect order. She even took the time to check for any defects and make sure we were comfortable.

Our room had a lovely view overlooking Copenhagen University, and everything was comfortable, well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We had absolutely no complaints throughout the entire six months.

As parents, sending our 17-year-old son to Copenhagen on his own was a big step. Knowing that he would be staying in such a wonderful place, surrounded by a caring and professional team, gave us tremendous peace of mind. The staff made us feel that our son was in safe hands, and over time, they became so much more than just the people managing the building. They felt like family.

The building itself was lovely, peaceful and well-managed. The residents were friendly, the noise was never an issue, and the facilities were fantastic. The common kitchen was a great space that our son enjoyed using, and we were especially delighted to celebrate his 18th birthday in the party room. It was such a special memory to have made there.

Copenhagen itself is an amazing city, and our experience was made all the more wonderful by the comfort, warmth and sense of security we felt at Base stack  Bryggen.

And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Fleur Her care and attention never stopped. Even when it was time for us to leave, she personally came up to the room, checked everything and completed the handover with us. She was just as attentive on our last day as she had been when we first arrived. For six months, she felt like another member of our family, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our stay so special.

We leave with wonderful memories, immense gratitude and the feeling that we found a home away from home in Copenhagen. We would wholeheartedly recommend Base stack Bryggen to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

Thank you, Fleur and the entire team, for making these six months so memorable. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
