Monthly Payments
Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best – it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 60 days) – as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in the fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi – keeping things simple and stress-free.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of three months’ notice if you plan to leave your studio. This gives us enough time to co-ordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
Checking in and out
Check-in is set up in advance and the team will be there to welcome you. For check-out, you just need to book your slot before your contract ends and make sure your room is cleared and in good condition.

You’re welcome to move in any time during office hours after your contract start date. Planning to arrive outside these hours? Just get in touch with the management team for confirmation. We’ll also send you detailed arrival info a month before your tenancy begins, so you’re fully prepared.

Yes, we offer accessibility studios and apartments designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility or other accessibility requirements. Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss any specific needs you may have.
Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
