We’re here to make the admin side of booking your student accommodation as smooth as your living experience.
Monthly Payments
Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best — it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
We require a deposit to secure your booking, this gets refunded at the end of your stay — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in your fixed monthly cost, covering electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi. Each September there’s a final settlement, and if service costs are higher than the service charge, the difference is deducted from your deposit.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of one month notice if you plan to leave your apartment. This gives us enough time to coordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
Checking in and out
Check-in is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 09:00–16:30. A member of our team will welcome you on arrival and run through everything you need to know. Please book your slot in advance within these hours.

everything you need to know
As much as we love furry friends, pets aren’t allowed in our residences.
Bring yourself and your ID (passport or ID card). You’ll want bed linen, toiletries, detergent, and a few kitchen bits. Or just grab a Starter Package and have everything ready from day one.
And don’t forget: you need to register with the local authorities. Bring the form with you and we’ll help you sort it.
Move-in is available from 1 August onwards and usually takes place during August. You’re welcome to arrive later if needed and check in after August.
As most residents are Erasmus students, the academic year starts in September and many university social events kick off in August. So we recommend moving in during this period to make the most of your experience.

Yes. As we operate under an EUC contract, the standard stay is 12 months and contracts are non-renewable. We don’t offer short stays.
In rare cases, a shorter stay may be available if an EUC student ends their contract early and a room becomes available. In this situation, the room may be offered to EUR students.
Please be aware that Milestone by Tribera Chapter Lucia is only open for bookings for EUC students with a special booking code.
