Contract

Deposit
A 1-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 60 days) — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities

Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
