The Practicalities

We’re here to make the admin side of booking your student accommodation as smooth as your living experience.

Monthly Payments

Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best — it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract

Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit

A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 2 months), as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities

Utilities are included in the fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi – keeping things simple and stress-free.
Notice Period

We require a minimum of three months’ notice if you plan to leave your apartment. This gives us enough time to coordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
Checking in and out

Check-in is arranged in advance by email, our team will be ready to welcome you. For check-out, our team will inspect your room, and you’ll need to de-register your address at city hall.

  • What do I have to bring? +

    Bring yourself and your ID (passport or ID card). You’ll want bed linen, toiletries, detergent, and a few kitchen bits. Or just grab a Starter Package and have everything ready from day one.

    And don’t forget: you need to register with the local authorities. Bring the form with you and we’ll help you sort it.

  • When can I move in? +

    You’re welcome to move in any time during office hours after your contract start date. Planning to arrive outside these hours? Just get in touch with the management team for confirmation. We’ll also send you detailed arrival info a month before your tenancy begins, so you’re fully prepared.

  • How do I meet new people? +

    Step into our events, linger in the lounge or strike up a convo over coffee. Here, connections with your fellow residents come effortlessly.

  • Is there somewhere to work out? +

    Yes, our gym is your personal fitness sanctuary. Whether you’re lifting, stretching, or perfecting your playlist, we’ve got you covered at no extra cost.

  • Do you offer accessible studios and apartments? +

    Yes, we offer accessibility studios and apartments designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility or other accessibility requirements. Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss any specific needs you may have.

  • Is there a minimum stay? +

    Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
