Monthly Payments
Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best, it’s designed to be quick and seamless.
Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 1-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 60 days), as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in the fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi, keeping things simple and stress-free.
Extending Your Booking
Our contracts are fixed-term, but if you’d like to extend your stay, reach out to our team, we’ll be happy to help, subject to availability.
Checking in and out

You’re welcome to move in any time during office hours after your contract start date. Planning to arrive outside these hours? Just get in touch with the management team for confirmation. We’ll also send you detailed arrival info a month before your tenancy begins, so you’re fully prepared.

Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
