Monthly Payments
Your rent is due at the start of each month and can be paid easily through our resident portal. Choose the payment method that works best, it’s designed to be quick and seamless.

Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 2-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay, as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
