Monthly Payments

Contract
Once you’ve completed all required documents, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement. Everything is clear, simple, and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Deposit
A 1-month deposit secures your booking and gets refunded at the end of your stay (within 60 days) — as long as everything’s in good shape. Just a little safety net for us all.
Utilities
Utilities are included in the fixed monthly cost, so no surprises. This covers essentials like electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi—keeping things simple and stress-free.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of three months’ notice if you plan to leave your studio or apartment. This gives us enough time to coordinate everything smoothly and ensures a hassle-free transition.
Checking in and out
Check-in is arranged in advance, and our team will be there to welcome you when you arrive. For check-out, just book a checkout appointment for your room inspection and key handover.

Bring yourself and your ID (passport or ID card). You’ll want bed linen, toiletries, detergent, and a few kitchen bits. Or just grab a Starter Package and have everything ready from day one.
And don’t forget: you need to register with the local authorities. Bring the form with you and we’ll help you sort it.
You’re welcome to move in any time during office hours after your contract start date. Planning to arrive outside these hours? Just get in touch with the management team for confirmation. We’ll also send you detailed arrival info a month before your tenancy begins, so you’re fully prepared.

Our minimum stay is one semester, but you can also book two semesters or a full year. If you need something shorter, just drop us a message. All contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last. A 12-month stay renews automatically, while short stays can only be extended if we have space.
